How fast can you respond to an HOA letter?
+
Most assessments happen within 48–72 hours of your call. If your HOA gave a hard deadline, tell us — we'll prioritize the site visit and have a written quote in your inbox within 24 hours of the walk.
What if my citation lists multiple violations?
+
That's our specialty. We have ten in-house service divisions, so one crew can usually clear the entire letter in a single visit — tree trimming, mulch, driveway wash, hedge cleanup, all in one day.
Are you licensed and insured?
+
Yes. Darrell's Seer 1 Services is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We can provide certificates to your HOA if they request them.
How does the Loyalty Program work?
+
Every new customer who signs a service agreement gets to pick one free service: a lawn cut, driveway cleaning up to 500 sq ft, mulch install up to 4 yards, or tree service up to $100 value. One per customer, one-time only. See the Loyalty page for details.
Do you do recurring lawn or property maintenance?
+
Yes. Our Property Patrol membership includes monthly drive-bys, photo reports, and preemptive service so you stop getting HOA letters in the first place. We also do standard weekly and bi-weekly lawn care.
What areas do you serve?
+
Tampa, Lakeland, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Plant City, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and most of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, and Manatee counties. If your zip is in Tampa Bay, we likely service it — just call.
How do you price your work?
+
Written quotes only, no verbal handshakes. The on-site assessment is free. You see the full price before any work starts, including dump fees and material. We don't add surprise charges to the invoice.
What if my HOA disputes the work after it's done?
+
Every job is photographed before and after. If your HOA pushes back, we send you the documentation and — if there's a legitimate gap — we come back free of charge. That's the guarantee.
Do you work with property managers and HOA boards directly?
+
Yes. We service HOA common areas, small commercial properties, and individual owner units within communities. Property managers get one invoice, one point of contact, and scheduled crews.
Can I send you a photo of the violation letter?
+
Please do. Text or email a photo to HOA@ComplianceAuthority.com or call 813.775.8978. We'll tell you which services apply and roughly what to expect cost-wise before the site visit.
